### Do I pay for artists without an email?

Each new profile the live search finds costs 500 credits. If you switch on emails, the 200 credits for an email are charged only when we find one. You see the most the search can cost before it starts, and whatever it does not use goes back to your balance.

### Where do the contact details come from?

From the contact details artists add to their public Instagram profile. If an artist has not listed an email, there is nothing to add, and you are not charged for one.

### How do I get the list?

Download it as a CSV when the search finishes. Exports are free.
